1. Seller's identity
The website case-din-containere.ro is operated by SC CONTAINERE FDC SRL , headquartered in Str. Izvoare no. 87, 600170 Bacau, Bacau County, Romania, CUI RO34852902, no. Reg. Com. J2015000796048. Telephone: +40 377 900 212. Hereinafter referred to as “FDC” or “Seller”.
2. The object
These terms govern the online sale of container homes and related products presented on the site. Placing an order through the shopping cart represents acceptance of these terms. All products are manufactured in Romania, in the FDC factory in Bacau.
3. Prices and VAT
The prices displayed on the product pages are expressed in EUR and do not include VAT . VAT (21%) is added and displayed separately in the cart and upon completion of the order, and the invoice is issued in lei at the BNR exchange rate on the day of invoicing. The price includes the product in the standard configuration described on the page. Transport, assembly, foundation and utility connections are not included and are offered separately, depending on the location and project.
4. Order and confirmation
After placing the order online, an FDC consultant contacts the client within a maximum of 2 business days to confirm the configuration, production term and transport and assembly costs. The order becomes firm upon receipt of the advance payment mentioned in the proforma invoice. FDC may refuse or cancel an order in the event of obvious price errors or technical unavailability, with the client being informed and the full refund of the amounts received.
5. Silver
Payment is made by bank transfer, based on the proforma invoice sent by email after order confirmation. There are no additional fees for payment by bank transfer.
6. Production and delivery time
The approximate production time is 30–60 working days from the receipt of the advance payment, depending on the model and the degree of customization; the exact time is communicated upon order confirmation. The product is delivered from the FDC Bacau factory (ex-works). At the client's request, FDC organizes transport and assembly to the indicated address, for a fee, according to the accepted offer.
7. Garantie
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years for consumers (natural persons) and 1 year for legal entities, from the date of delivery. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by use, assembly or maintenance not in accordance with the FDC instructions.
8. Right of withdrawal and return
Container houses are custom-made products, according to the customer's specifications, and are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal according to GEO 34/2014, art. 16 letter c. Full details in the Return Policy.
9. Personal data
The data provided when ordering is processed exclusively for order processing, invoicing and communication, according to the Privacy Policy.
10. Litigation
Any disagreements shall be resolved amicably. Consumers may appeal to ANPC (anpc.ro) or to the European SOL platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). In the absence of an amicable solution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
