The FDC Container range includes four categories: series A (monoblock houses, 9,6–21,6 sq m), series B (monoblock houses with bathroom, 18–30 sq m), series C (modular houses with bathroom, 28,8–54 sq m) and series D (multi-storey houses, modular, 45,3–90 sq m). There are 20 standard models in total, each with its own specifications and price.
The choice depends on the area you need, the number of rooms, your budget and your destination (permanent residence, holiday home or accommodation). For compact spaces, series A and B are suitable, for families, series C and D. If no standard model fits, you can request a customized configuration.
Prices start from 2.930 euros + VAT for the most compact monobloc model (A01) and go up to 39.900 euros + VAT for the largest two-story house (D01). The price shown is for the standard version and does not include transport and assembly.
The monoblock models (series A and B) are made up of a single container. The modular models (series C and D) are made up of several containers that can be joined together, allowing horizontal expansion. The two-story houses are part of the D series and are designed with a floor from the design phase.
Yes. The standard models are the starting point, but the configuration, compartmentalization, finishes, colors and features can be adapted to your preferences. If you want modifications, you can send us your ideas, and the requirements are established during the quotation phase, before production.
Yes. Choosing a standard model is the fastest and most affordable option, as it reduces delivery times and indirect costs of a fully customized structure — the same quality, at a better price.
Each model includes a structure made of cold-formed galvanized sheet metal, primed and painted for increased corrosion resistance, walls made of sandwich panels with PIR foam, mineral wool in the ceiling and floor, PVC joinery, interior finishes and flooring (PVC parquet or carpet). In models with a bathroom, it comes fully equipped. The routes for the kitchen area are not included in the standard configuration, but can be added on request. The kitchen area, furniture and appliances are not included.
