Frequently Asked Questions – Two-story houses (D series)
It is a modular house from the D series, designed with a floor (ground floor + first floor) from the design phase. It offers more usable space without increasing the footprint and is the most spacious version in the FDC range, suitable for families.
The D series includes five models: D03 and D05 (45,3 sq m), D02 (72 sq m), and D01 and D04 (90 sq m). The configurations include 2-3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen area, and some models also include integrated terraces.
The D series duplex houses start at 27.500 euros + VAT for the D03 model and go up to 39.900 euros + VAT for the D01 model. The price depends on the area, configuration and finishes, and transportation and assembly are calculated separately, depending on the distance.
Vertical expansion of individual containers is not possible. The floor only exists in the D series, which was designed with a floor from the start, during the design phase. However, modular models can be expanded horizontally.
Some D-series models have integrated terraces — on the ground floor, first floor or just the first floor. These are part of the house and are not to be confused with terrace containers, which are a distinct product with their own container structure.
In multi-storey houses, double-layer mineral wool in the ceiling and floor is standard. The walls are made of sandwich panels with PIR foam, and for the premium version, thicknesses of 60, 80 or 100 mm are chosen. The structure uses 2,5–8 mm galvanized sheet, cold-formed, primed and electrostatically painted.
Production takes 6-8 weeks. Two-story houses are the most complex, and the actual assembly takes up to 2 days. In the end, the house arrives finished and ready for use.
